Applications for the fall of 2009 are due no later than March 2009.
Do you offer a distance learning degree or a part-time program?
No, we do not offer distance learning or a part-time degree.
What tests do you require of non-Canadian applicants?
We require the TOEFL for all non-native speakers of English and we may require the GRE.
What are faculty looking for in applicants?
Faculty are looking for research skills and potential. They focus on your statement of interests and goals, recommendations, transcripts and, if relevant, test scores.
Do the programs offer financial aid?
Yes, financial aid is offered. Aid decisions are made simultaneously with admission and are done by faculty groups.
I’d like to interview before I apply. Can I meet with some faculty?
Faculty are available to meet with prospective candidates prior to admissions.
What is the residence time of the master’s program?
The residence time is one year.
What is the residence time of the doctoral program?
The residence time is three years.
